I can really relate to your video considering I have a job and deal with rude costumers all the time over things I cant control such as items being marked wrong, like how is that my fault?? especially since half the time they just read the wrong sign. Its also hard to maintain working with school and also gets annoying when people tell you to just quit if its so hard like as if thats an option. I really liked your topic good job !
