Animals for Therapeutic Use

Growing up I have always loved animals, my cousins had goats, chickens, and a hog and my close friends all had ranches in Half Moon Bay with horses and many other animals. I have always found animals really interesting and funny just because they all have such funny characters. My own dog, Dakota, who is a golden retriever is a seeing eye dog along with her parents. It has always been interesting growing up watching Dakota interacting with animals and humans. She has never really connected and been fond of animals. Although, Dakota loves people and it so awesome to watch peoples reaction and connection to her. Sometimes we talk animals down and forget how intelligent and senseful they are. I thought Haley's presentation did a really awesome job giving credit to the animals and how smart and how much they do for humans emotionally.
