Fault In Our Legal System

Amanda talked about faults in our legal system, but especially in our jails.  Our jails are impacted and have a 800% increase over recent time.  We are too impacted and can not keep these prisoners in prison because there is no room.  A lot of men will only spend around 10% of their sentence and woman around only 5%.  There needs to be some serious changes for these problems to be solved.
