In the beginning of my process I was bouncing around from a few ideas, I was stuck between the psychological reason that people lie and how it fits in relationships or something about why teachers think they have so much power over students and why that should change. I finally chose doing Picture Imperfect because it was something that my hands on project was my whole life, I've lived in that situation forever and when I started writing down my ideas for how I wanted to form my documentary and it came almost natural to me. I didn't get bored fast and I didn't really get stuck information wise because there was so much I wanted to say and I knew exactly how I wanted to say it. Though I waited for the last minute, I think my good choice in a topic made it easy to crank it out within 2 weeks-ish.
My advice for people taking Global next year: Do not wait to do your senior project. Remember to work on it on days you have nothing else to do so the end of your senior year you're not worried about if you're going to graduate and how much this potential bad grade is going to hurt your grade in global. Also, Ms. B, please remind students more often about their senior project!
