Vigilantes

Lately there has been a huge increase in super hero movies. All of these superhero powers isn't reality however. But when I watched Captain America Civil War and how the governments of the world couldn't handle the freedoms that the avengers had without assuming major consequences it made me think about how the real world would react to superheroes. What would we want from them? Even if it was just a normal person doing vigilante work without powers how would we handle a person like that? I believe that the government would try to control or even stop the person. However the people would probably support the vigilante which would create massive controversy
