"Gambling" Reaction

I thought Kyle's documentary was very interesting. I did not know that 23 Vegas casinos made more than $60 billion dollars in a year. I actually thought of going to Las Vegas with my friends next spring and we've been talking about it and planning the trip. When they said that they were gonna go to the casino to win some cash, I thought that it sounded fun. But after this documentary, it made me rethink things. I had no idea what house edge was until now. It's shocking to figure out how much money you actually lose in casino in order to just gain that little short moment of win. Of course you could be really really really lucky and win big, but I think the chances of that happening is slim. Most of the time, people lose more than they gain.
