The use of participation trophies never really crossed my mind because I don't recall getting any.
But after watching this documentary, I understood the pros and cons. I agree that participation trophies should only be for kids up to 10 or 11 to get them motivated. Older than that I feel like the team spirit would fade away. Great documentary!
