Threat to Society

There was 87 immigrants arrested in Reno and Las Vegas. Sixteen of them are in Washoe County Jail and are awaiting for an immigration hearing. These individuals are said to be a threat to society that why they were arrested. Since they committed crimes but does this really make a difference to arrest these people. What do you think?
